My Why...

For the dozen or so people I've told about applying to The World Race, only once was I asked "Why?". I actually have very specific reasons and desires. I've tried to communicate this, as clearly as possible; however, I don't want to forget them in a year or two so I wanted to journal my thoughts.

Despite "MY" why, I am still praying for SPECIFIC and CLEAR direction from God if this is what He has for me. I'm also still praying which route to choose from if chosen to serve in this ministry. I definitely feel more led to one group out of the three but still praying until I have to give an answer.

MY WHY

Adventure, yes.

Travel, yes...
...but it goes deeper!

Depressed

In terms of Jesus, "the LEAST of these".

Dying to self

Create a "dirty towel"

There are things I desire to see God do 

THROUGH me as part of the World Race.

LOVE others - to LIFE!!

There are things I desire to see God do 

IN me while being a part of the World Race.

I truly desire NOTHING MORE than God shaking my life upside down
and emptying ME out of it - so that all is left is HIM.
