Trust...because you believe!!

Sometimes you can do nothing but Trust God - because that may be all we have left. In some cases, it's because you know it's the right thing to do. Others, it may be purely because you BELIEVE that God does hold and know all things and He is the ONLY answer you can (ironically) trust in!!

I've always followed the ministry of Matt Hammitt as the lead singer of my favorite band, Sanctus Real. I started to follow him and his wives story after they found out there baby boy Bowen was going to be born with a heart defect. From that moment on - I've seen faith grown in a couple I pray I can resemble one day when and if God allows me to marry and become a Momma. The life of FAITH and TRUST they have lived out blows my mind! Even if God desires me to be single, I pray that I can display this level of trust in God as Matt and Sarah have!!

Matt wrote the below song in the journey that God brought to him and Sarah with Bowen and his health conditions. I'm blessed to have people in my life, like Matt and Sarah (even if it's "virtually" through the internet) that I can look up to. People that "journal" such precious words in transparency to bless others. I on the other hand, usually find their words/songs/lyrics as my journaling (here on my blog) because of how God can and has used it in my faith walk - that's how AWESOME our GREAT BIG GOD IS!!!!

What's not to love - a precious lil' boy that any Auntie would love to kiss and love on all day long:o) Today I found myself rushing to the Facebook page in the midst of the ICK of life and needing the reminder that MY GOD is BIGGER than ANYTHING that surrounds me and tries to swallow me up!! 

Bowen is true to his names meaning by the Grace and Love of God: Small Victorious One!! 

Praise God that HE is BIGGER than anything... 

He is MY GREAT BIG GOD!!!
