Today was like Heaven in a cup!A sweet tea cup that is...yummy sweet goodness in a 32 ounce cup with unlimited refills of God's love for me!!
I INTENTIONALLY made it a point about two weeks ago to set aside time to connect with a sweet dear Godly woman I've come to love over the past two months! She's SUCH a blessing to my life - I don't know words really describe it right. She reminds me of the verse in Proverbs that says "Iron Sharpens Iron" - that she does, as should all believers! She has a genuine care and concern about people; she loves with a giving spirit and does not expect anything from the one receiving; with a selfless love she just gives and gives - from an account with no limit of funds!!
While chatting over some Southern yummies from Chick-fil-A I said something out loud that kinda just turned on lights for me. For the past two years, the KLOVE radio team has set out the new year with a word to describe your "goal" for the year. It's now August but I have finally figured mine out for 2011 - Intentional! I want to make INTENTIONAL decisions; whether relational, personal, or spiritual.
It seems looking back two years, I'm an opposite (180*) of WHO I was back then. I can't explain it other than to say - "GOD"!! Only through Him, by Him and IN Him am I who I am today. I'm still not fully sure of that total answer but I do know...

- an INTENTIONAL fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ!!
From here on out - my life and choices will CONTINUE to be just that... Intentional!
...by HIS Grace alone!! It is a book of chapters waiting to be written!
